PVN Associates Private Limited or PAPL as it is called was founded as a partnership firm in the year 2007 by Mr. P V Narayanan, fondly referred to as PVN, along with his erstwhile colleagues Mrs. Kalavathi Rajagopalan and Mr. Krishna Kumar Ravi for providing vertical transportation Specialist services.
After spending about four and a half decades in the industry and after successfully running PVN Associates for close to 10 years PVN retired in 2016 after passing the leadership to the next generation. The partnership firm transformed into a limited liability private company in 2016.
PAPL is proud to have built a culture based on anticipating and understanding clients’ needs and then working in close partnership with clients and architects to make their designs stronger — more customer-centric, productive, profitable, capable of capturing market opportunities — and thus more valuable.
Over the past years, PAPL has grown multifold, adding new operating territories and more verticals.

Krishna Kumar Ravi
President & CEO, PAPL
KK is a Mechanical Engineer, Joined Otis Elevator Company, as Graduate Engineer Trainee, and was trained in, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Elevators. After a successful tenure in sales and installation KK moved to Mitsubishi elevators where he handled Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Joined PAPL in 2009 after spending close to 11 years in the elevator industry. Passionate & committed to enable PAPL to create and maintain vision & mission to scale greater heights through best-in-class customer service, driving the organizational goals, to be a process oriented, customer centric and a reliable partnership.
Leela Ramani
Sr Executive Vice President, PAPL
Mrs. Leela Ramani graduated in Commerce from Ravishankar University and then joined State Bank of India at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Leela has a rich working experience of nearly 40 years at various branches of SBI at Hyderabad – Telangana and Tamil Nadu. With a lot of banking experience, she would oversee key financial, HR & Administration functions of PAPL
K Ramani
Sr Executive Vice President, PAPL
Graduate in Business Administration, started a career in Sundaram Motors. Had a long and rewarding career of about 35 years with Larsen & Toubro Limited, during which he handled diverse responsibilities at various locations across India and abroad in Finance & Accounts, Corporate Indirect Taxation, and IT systems implementation, Head-Finance & Accounts of two of L&T’s subsidiaries in China. Has vast experience in the area of F&A and Taxation. Retired from L&T in 2013 and is associated with PAPL as Whole Time Director.

Amanullah is a Diploma holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Joined Otis Elevator Company in April 1979. His Domain expertise includes installation, maintenance, Modernization and Testing & Commissioning of all types of VHT Equipment. After spending 15 years in Otis, in 1994, he moved to Schindler Elevators in KSA as Testing & Commissioning Engineer. He worked at OTIS India & OTIS KSA as maintenance Head. Later in 2006 he Relocated to Dubai, UAE and joined in ETA-Melco and handled Maintenance. In the year 2011 he joined PAPL and handled Inspections. Currently Amanullah is responsible for handling Quality, Environment, Safety & Training.
