This service is collectively referred to as Design. PAPL Corp is not directly or indirectly involved in product design.

All these obviously have to be factored into the pricing and we believe that we are reasonable in our pricing policies and certainly not “over priced”.
HOW CAN WE CONVINCE OUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT ON PAPL CORPS COST VS. NET COST SAVINGS IF WE SIGN YOUR PROPOSAL?
It is our firm belief that safety takes priority over cost concerns and a certification on the efficacy of the equipment, issued by us, gives a reasonable assurance to the users. While we may not be in a position to provide you any assurance on the financial estimates therefor or the cost saving, we assure correctness of your VHT & car-parking systems. Optimization of the requirement based on scientific and proven methods will not only satisfy your short term requirements but also ensure a long term sustainable design that not only meets standards and codes but also is contemporary.

Our inspection of the equipment before the vendor hands-over, covers checking all aspects of the ordered specifications as well as the extent of fulfillment of statutory requirements of the standards and codes. Our Inspection Certificates provide assurance to the end users that the equipment has been inspected by a competent inspector and is safe.

CAN I HAVE A TRIAL SERVICE BEFORE TAKING A DECISION?
PAPL Corp is bound by its accreditation requirements with NABCB where PAPL undertakes & provides services to its clients against Contracts awarded to it. PAPL Corp also is not a product sales Company, some of whom may offer samples. PAPL Corp therefore does not provide trial service. In our opinion free trials may be for limited scope and you may not be able to assess our full capability.
WHY SHOULD WE TAKE YOUR HELP? IT IS WORKING ALRIGHT NOW AND WE HAVE OTHER PRIORITIES FOR SPENDING OUR FUNDS.

PAPL Corp Does not provide any financial guarantee period post services and It is important to appreciate that

  1. PAPL Corp is in the business of Technical Advisory Service.
  2. The information we provide is based on Standards, Codes and regulatory requirements. Planning is generally done based on speculative values and assumptions. There is bound to be a variation between actual performance and design values how much ever hard we try to be very close to real time scenarios. It is practically impossible to occupy the building exactly as per design considerations or make people behave as per the assumptions.
  3. While PAPL Corp provides system design and specifies the requirement, the OEM designs the product to meet the specifications, installs, tests and commissions the equipment. Further maintenance is also by them or a different service company.
  4. Our inspections are visual in nature and the certificates are issued based on visual inspection of areas and sections of the equipment and location that are fully accessible and visible to the inspector on the date and time of inspection.
  5. The responsibility to ensure continuous safety and performance is with the equipment supplier or the service company who maintain the equipment.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION ISSUED BY PAPL CORP?

PAPL Corp issues Certificate of Inspection that are valid for a period of maximum one year.

DOES PAPL CORP UNDERTAKE MATERIAL CHECKING AND IN-PROCESS CHECKS OF VHT SYSTEMS?

PAPL Corp can perform Material check (packing list based), which also includes condition of storage, security and extent of supply. Checking for any damages in packing cases & loose materials, any short shipment as per packing list and random opening of packing case for checking materials.

In-process check includes desktop review of plumb chart & onsite random checking of machine room equipment, rail alignment & entrance alignment.

HOW DIFFERENT IS PAPL CORP'S INSPECTION SERVICE COMPARED TO INSPECTION CARRIED OUT BY OTHER AGENCIES?

PAPL Corp currently performs all inspections to align with IS14665. IS Inspection is correlated with EN codes. Handing-over inspections are performed to meet NBC2016’s requirements.

DOES PAPL CORP USE ITS OWN MEASURING INSTRUMENTS FOR INSPECTION?

PAPL Corp uses measuring instruments like measuring scale, measuring tape, taper gauge, Etc that are calibrated by a NABL certified lab and has an internationally traceable calibration certificate.

HOW DOES BEING AN ACCREDITED INSPECTION BODY ADD VALUE TO PAPL CORP?

As an accredited inspection body, PAPL Corp is independent and impartial. All processes are audited continuously by both internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance ISO/IEC : 17020:2012.
