Being Design Neutral with an independent and impartial approach is an important requirement for an organization engaged in advisory services. PAPL Corp has its own policies (Design Neutrality , Impartiality & Independence ) to address and handle these requirements. An elevator company on the other hand, provides information that best suits its own interest and may not be the optimum solution.

In Construction projects, where the time between design and procurement is considerably high, PAPL Corp can provide all the necessary information that may be required for commencing construction and the client need not depend on a particular vendor.

PAPL Corp has the expertise to verify the correctness of vendor submitting, vendor drawings and the final installation. Being an accredited inspection body, PAPL Corp can issue certificate of inspection towards safety and performance of the VHT equipment.

Further, independent third party inspections prolong the life of the equipment, reduce cost, ensure safety & performance and bring in best industry practices.

Note: PAPL Corp provides Planning & Engineering services that includes Traffic analysis, Dimension recommendation based on Vendor information & Codes, Specifications to suit application, evaluation of vendor submitting to verify compliance to intent, objective technical rating and Approval of GA Drawings and finishes. This service is collectively referred to as Design. PAPL Corp is not directly or indirectly involved in product design.

All these obviously have to be factored into the pricing and we believe that we are reasonable in our pricing policies and certainly not “over priced”.

It is our firm belief that safety takes priority over cost concerns and a certification on the efficacy of the equipment, issued by us, gives a reasonable assurance to the users. While we may not be in a position to provide you any assurance on the financial estimates therefor or the cost saving, we assure correctness of your VHT & car-parking systems. Optimization of the requirement based on scientific and proven methods will not only satisfy your short term requirements but also ensure a long term sustainable design that not only meets standards and codes but also is contemporary.

Our inspection of the equipment before the vendor hands-over, covers checking all aspects of the ordered specifications as well as the extent of fulfillment of statutory requirements of the standards and codes. Our Inspection Certificates provide assurance to the end users that the equipment has been inspected by a competent inspector and is safe.

PAPL Corp is bound by its accreditation requirements with NABCB where PAPL undertakes & provides services to its clients against Contracts awarded to it. PAPL Corp also is not a product sales Company, some of whom may offer samples. PAPL Corp therefore does not provide trial service. In our opinion free trials may be for limited scope and you may not be able to assess our full capability.

We are not questioning your ability to handle VHT & Car parking requirements for your projects. We are just trying to say that we can compliment your work by guiding you through  a scientific approach that is sustainable and contemporary. Regarding the cost, our fees is a very small part that you may be paying to ensure your decisions are correct.

1. PAPL Corp is in the business of Technical Advisory Service.
2. The information we provide is based on Standards, Codes and regulatory requirements. Planning is generally done based on speculative values and assumptions. There is bound to be a variation between actual performance and design values how much ever hard we try to be very close to real time scenarios. It is practically impossible to occupy the building exactly as per design considerations or make people behave as per the assumptions.
3. While PAPL Corp provides system design and specifies the requirement, the OEM designs the product to meet the specifications, installs, tests and commissions the equipment. Further maintenance is also by them or a different service company.
4. Our inspections are visual in nature and the certificates are issued based on visual inspection of areas and sections of the equipment and location that are fully accessible and visible to the inspector on the date and time of inspection.
5. The responsibility to ensure continuous safety and performance is with the equipment supplier or the service company who maintain the equipment.

PAPL Corp is an accredited inspection body capable of inspecting Elevators, Escalators, Travelator & Car parking systems.

PAPL Corp issues Certificate of Inspection that are valid for a period of maximum one year.

PAPL Corp can perform Material check (packing list based), which also includes condition of storage, security and extent of supply. Checking for any damages in packing cases & loose materials, any short shipment as per packing list and random opening of packing case for checking materials.

In-process check includes desktop review of plumb chart & onsite random checking of machine room equipment, rail alignment & entrance alignment.

While other inspection agencies generally engage in inspection of all products and services, PAPl Corp is involved exclusively in the inspection elevators, escalators, travelators and car parking systems. PAPL Corp, with its abundant experience in this domain, has established systems and policies that not only safe guard the interest of PAPL Corp but also its clients. Inspection is carried out by highly skilled professionals with expertise in the domain.

PAPL Corp currently performs all inspections to align with IS14665. IS Inspection is correlated with EN codes. Handing-over inspections are performed to meet NBC2016’s requirements.

PAPL Corp uses measuring instruments like measuring scale, measuring tape, taper gauge, Etc that are calibrated by a NABL certified lab and has an internationally traceable calibration certificate.

As an accredited inspection body, PAPL Corp is independent and impartial. All processes are audited continuously by both internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance ISO/IEC : 17020:2012. PAPL Corp has established systems and process flows that enable traceability. All inspectors are continuously verified for competence and skill. The process is standardized and quality of output is extremely high.
